Scheduling for coaching calls generally assigned to Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays between 9:00am and noon Pacific Time (California, USA) – exact availability varies depending on day of the week.
Within 24 hours of receiving notice that you’ve signed up, I’ll get in touch with you to schedule. I generally recommend that you get 2 weeks under your belt prior to the startup call where the only change you make is using the Fit Body Blueprint. If you need support early on though getting started with the program, getting our call scheduled sooner (depending on availability) would totally be okay. When I get in touch with you, just make sure to communicate to me that you would like a faster start or I may default to that 2 week mark for scheduling.
