Hi, I’m Sean Flanagan. You may remember me from such films as “Lead Paint: Delicious But Deadly” and “Firecrackers: The Silent Killer”.
Okay… that’s not true. I’m really a health and nutrition coach and prior to launching my online coaching business, I was working exclusively as a personal trainer specializing in women’s fitness. Over the years, I’ve worked with countless numbers of women. Long story short: don’t hold the facial hair and testosterone against me. I think I have a pretty strong grasp of the challenges that the modern woman faces when navigating the fitness world.

The Problem with Most Women’s Fitness Programs:
Unfortunately, most fitness solutions marketed towards women assume that you’re lazy and not willing to do real work for your goals – and instead they try to sell you a bunch of nonsense that will get you nowhere. Rather than educating you on the benefits of resistance training, they often peddle long-disproved ideas that working out with resistance will make you “bulky” (It won’t. Not even close).
Instead of giving you real solutions to your problems, they encourage you to dance or lift 3 lb weights with fitness approaches that are cute and cuddly rather than science-based and results-focused… or they encourage you to waste your time with boring cardio that will burn calories but actually may make you GAIN fat and NOT burn it!
Maybe you’ve tried lots of different types of exercise programs and diets. And despite this (or maybe because of these things…) as the years go by your jeans get a little less form-flattering, you feel less confident and energetic, and you get frustrated with the feelings of lack-of-control as you watch your body change in ways that you don’t approve of.
Listen…no matter who you are you can change your body for the better. It MIGHT happen quickly, but it won’t happen overnight. It’s a matter of getting ALL the right pieces of the puzzle in place and doing the work.

I created this program to address all of the misconceptions that surround women’s fitness and give you a blueprint (hence the name) for how you can take control of your health and body.
I’m not going to make promises of how this program will give you “The Toned Arms That Would Make a First Lady Jealous” or a “Brazilian Booty”. Q: “What if I don’t belong to a gym?”
A: Although the workouts themselves are designed with having access to basic gym equipment in mind, the concepts contained in this program will serve you for life. You can plug in at-home bodyweight training and apply the basic ideas and still get great results. In fact, I even made it a little bit easier for you by asking “The People’s Fit Coach” Sincere Hogan to contribute a 4 week bodyweight only program so you can train anywhere you want. PLUS, I include guidelines on how to create your own basic home gym and how to pick the right gym for you if you do decide you want to join one.
Q: I consider myself a total beginner. Will I be able to handle this?
A: Absolutely. The workouts themselves are totally adaptable to your fitness level. There’s no rule that you need to start the first day throwing around 100 lb dumbbells. You should start off holding yourself back a little bit as you get more confidence, and then as time goes on you’ll start to enter the much regarded “beast mode” to your workouts.
Q: I’ve been exercising for a while – would I still be able to get value out of this program?
A: Probably. This program first and foremost is about giving you a compass for future success – addressing the concepts that are important and debunking. The basics of each workout should be challenging for you regardless of your level – but if your work capacity is quite high, you could add in some additional exercises or sets as long as you’re not exceeding 45 minutes of work.
Q: What format is this program in? What kind of tutorials are there?
This program is a digital guide package. There is the primary Program Manual file and 8 accompanying files that go along with it (not counting any bonus material). In the Program Manual, there are links to tutorials that I tracked down that were to my liking on each exercise. Most are video tutorials, but there are a few pictures and descriptions thrown in there.
Q: Is this program good for women that DON’T have any known hormonal issues?
A: Absolutely – if you do already have hormonal or metabolic issues, you need to be extra careful with exercise…. but it’s in EVERYONE’S best interest to keep their exercise program built on a solid foundation for long term success.
Q: How long until I see results?
A: The good news is the more of a ‘beginner’ you are, the quicker the rate of change you’ll experience. Most people note their body making subtle-but-clear changes before their eyes in about 2 weeks of beginning a solid training program like this one.
